Since graduating from Civil Engineering Technology, Ben has built his career in the landscaping industry specializing in estimating and pre-construction planning. As Pre-Construction Manager, Ben is responsible for all the work that happens before a project begins — detailed estimating, scope review, constructability planning, and coordination to ensure each project is set up for success from day one. Ben brings strong construction knowledge paired with hands-on field experience, allowing him to quickly assess feasibility, risks, and costs. He is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and driven, with a strong work ethic and a focus on getting things done right. His strength lies in problem-solving and job costing, ensuring projects are accurately priced, clearly scoped, and aligned with client expectations before construction begins. Ben’s thorough and disciplined approach helps eliminate surprises and cost overruns, giving clients confidence and peace of mind throughout the construction process.
