John has been a cornerstone of The Landmark Group’s Property Care division for many years, with a strong background in landscaping and a particular expertise in lawn maintenance and mowing operations. Now focused exclusively on sales, John is the dedicated point of contact for all things Property Care—overseeing client relationships, renewals, enhancements, and helping clients understand how to get the most value from their landscapes year after year. John played a key role in growing the Property Care division from a traditional lawn and garden service into a more comprehensive offering. His attention to detail, deep industry knowledge, and genuine care for both clients and team members are central to his success. If you have questions about Property Care, John is your guy. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and can often be found running, snorkeling, kite surfing, running, or experimenting with beer brewing—always embracing an active, outdoor lifestyle.
