Everything but a pool.
This gorgeous hilltop property has breathtaking views and was already beautifully landscaped, but the homeowners had a vision for their property — adding a pool so they could swim and relax with their family.
Steep slopes created challenges.
The location of the pool wasn't an issue, but the steep, sloping site and restricted access made installation difficult — but not impossible. The successful design focused on using materials to seamlessly integrate the pool with the existing screened porch and patio.
Family fun for generations.
Careful coordination of trades, materials, access and weather all contributed to a successful build — and the homeowners are now able to enjoy their beautiful gunite pool for generations.

The pool area is on a steep slope with a minimal staging area — constructing retaining walls levelled everything out.
